Things to remember
  • There should be good blood circulation, respiration and development of muscles in order to run for long distance.
  • One teammate passes the baton to another teammate to run.

  • This way once the baton in received from the first teammate, the second teammate completes running his determined distance to pass the baton to the third teammate; the third teammate again does the same as the second one and passes the baton to the fourth runner. The fourth runner runs and completes the running to the finish line.
