Organogram of National Health Care Delivery System

In addition to carrying out related policy, planning, human resource, financial management, monitoring, and evaluation duties, the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) advises the Department of Health Service (DoHS) as well as provincial and local governments on how to deliver promotional, preventive, diagnostic, curative, and palliative health care services. Under MoHP, there are three departments: Department of Health Services (DoHS), Department of Ayurveda and Alternative Medicine (DOAA), and Department of Drug Administration (DDA). The formulation and execution of programs, the use of financial resources and accountability, and monitoring and evaluation all fall within the purview of these three divisions.
